Duties prepaid

DDP shipping

On eligible routes, Elppis can provide Delivered Duty Paid air or sea freight. The quoted DDP service includes prepaid duties and door-to-door customs clearance, so the recipient does not pay additional import duties covered by that quote.

Buyer-managed import

Non-DDP shipping

With DHL, UPS, FedEx or another non-DDP service, the buyer or recipient is responsible for local taxes, duties, brokerage charges and import compliance. Charges vary by destination and are not always included in the displayed product price.
